The Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences provides an interdisciplinary curriculum deeply rooted in nutrition research and evidence-based practice. Our faculty includes core members, interdisciplinary scholars, and clinical experts from the School of Public Health, School of Medicine, College of Pharmacy, and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Many students combine this MS degree with our Graduate Coordinated Program in Dietetics (leading to RD certification) or use it to enhance their existing RD credentials through advanced graduate studies. Graduates of UW's MS/RD program are recognized as exceptionally qualified professionals, well-prepared for leadership positions in both clinical and community dietetics practice.
