The BSSW Honors Program offers a select group of top-performing social work students a personalized, stimulating undergraduate journey, with the chance to obtain both BSSW and MSSW degrees within five years. Qualified Honors graduates meeting all program requirements may seek provisional acceptance into the Advanced Standing MSSW Program through the graduate application process. This special admission opportunity is exclusively available to Honors students who begin the Advanced Standing MSSW Program in the summer term right after finishing their BSSW degree and Honors Program. Social work majors maintaining a minimum 3.5 GPA are encouraged to apply for the BSSW Honors Program.

To apply for admission as an undergraduate student, each international student is required to provide the following:
A completed application for undergraduate admission.
Complete one required essay chosen from one of seven prompts.
Optional: Submit recommendation letters (academic, professional, or personal) and a Personal Statement.
