The Educational Leadership (MA/MEd) program equips you to address the needs of diverse learners. Courses are available online or on-site at the Lincoln Park Campus. You can finish the degree in two and a half years. By including specialized courses in Catholic school leadership foundations and spiritual administration, you'll gain the qualifications for leadership roles in Catholic education, charities, and youth ministries. This program aims to train educators for administrative and supervisory roles across schools, businesses, and human service organizations. Grounded in social science principles, it incorporates key concepts, research, and analytical methods. The curriculum explores organizational theories, leadership approaches, and curriculum design while tackling current challenges faced by administrators and educational leaders. Additionally, it emphasizes practical career applications by analyzing administrative functions and goals in various professional contexts.
