The School Leadership specialization cultivates skilled educational leaders grounded in faith, intellect, and integrity, equipped with a clear vision and purpose for driving school improvement and fostering inclusive learning environments. Through this graduate program, participants gain the expertise to inspire, guide, and elevate academic achievement for both students and educators. Applicants for the MEd in School Leadership can select from three pathways: The Leadership Preparation Program (LPP) - an intensive one-year, one-term course; The Executive School Leadership (ExSL) - a flexible two-year part-time option; or The Accelerated Preparation Program (APP) - a part-time route tailored for master's degree holders, allowing transfer of up to nine credits from previous graduate work. Program duration varies based on individual student circumstances.

Qualification Requirements

Evidence of Bachelor's Degree and Transcripts.
Receive at least a 3.0 grade-point average in the cumulative undergraduate GPA from a regionally accredited university in the United States, or a comprehensive grade-point average of 3.0 from an equivalent university outside the United States.
IELTS - Overall minimum band score of 7.0 (consisting of minimum band scores of 6.0 in each module)
TOEFL (paper based test) - 580
TOEFL iBT (internet based test) - Minimum subscores of 22 (Speaking) and 21 (Listening, Reading, & Writing respectively) comprising an overall score at least 85.
