The Educational Leadership program aims to equip professionals with the skills needed for leadership positions in both Pk-12 and higher education environments. It prepares candidates for various roles, such as teacher leaders, mid-level administrators (including school principals or higher education officials), and top-tier positions like district superintendents. The program offers a 32-credit Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership with a K-12 focus, as well as a 36-credit M.Ed. or Master of Science (M.S.) in Educational Leadership specializing in Higher Education Administration. The Higher Education Administration track focuses on the core principles of practice, research, and theory necessary for leadership in post-secondary institutions. Alumni of this program gain the expertise and practical experience to drive meaningful change on college and university campuses.
