Students interested in a primary Arts & Sciences major can also choose Elementary Education with a Special Education focus as their secondary major.
For BAEd students, only 60 credits from ELEM and EDUC courses apply toward the 120-credit graduation requirement. A minimum of 60 credits must be earned in Arts & Sciences disciplines.
To qualify for graduation, students must maintain satisfactory academic progress, fulfill all core curriculum and proficiency standards, complete at least 60 credits in Arts and Sciences coursework, meet all School of Education program requirements, and accumulate a minimum of 120 academic credit hours.
