The Master of Arts in Costume Design equips students to become the next wave of skilled artisans and designers, providing essential technical training and hands-on experience in real production settings. Through a comprehensive sewing curriculum paired with specialized design classes, graduates will be qualified for diverse roles across theater and film industries. Participants will gain practical experience by designing for stage productions, working alongside directors, fellow creatives, and performers to develop costumes that enhance each production's vision. Upon completion, every student will possess a professional portfolio demonstrating their expertise in garment creation and specialized accessories, including jewelry and hat-making.
