UTSA offers two NASAD-accredited studio art programs for students pursuing an Art degree. Whether your goal is to work as a professional artist, arts educator, performer, or scholar, UTSA's studio art programs provide ideal mentorship opportunities to advance your creative and contemporary skills. The BFA program combines rigorous studio work with complementary art history and criticism studies, while the BA program emphasizes foundational training, specialized studio practices, and comprehensive art history education.
