Given this rapid industry growth, conducting research—especially through higher degree programs—has become essential to guide the field's development.

Through this program, the Department of Educational Leadership aims to equip emerging leaders in government, education, and nonprofit sectors with critical skills for designing, executing, and overseeing internationalization strategies involving Cross-Cultural Exchange and Training, Global Education, and International Education Development.
