Students who successfully finish this program will qualify for both a Juris Doctor (JD) from the School of Law and either a Master of Science (MS) or Master of Arts (MA) in Human Development and Family Science (HDFS). The entire curriculum can be finished within four years. Typically, the JD requirements take three years to fulfill, while the Master's degree requires two years. This combined degree option, coordinated between Human Development and Family Science and the School of Law, allows students to pursue an MA/MS alongside their JD degree concurrently.
