American Studies graduate students, part of the English Department's interdisciplinary program, explore American literature and culture through diverse lenses. The curriculum includes two foundational seminars on interdisciplinary methodologies, complemented by courses from related departments, equipping students to conduct comprehensive research aligned with their interests. This concentration offers exceptional flexibility, empowering students to craft personalized academic paths by blending courses, topics, and viewpoints from the outset.
