Health Informatics is a multidisciplinary field focused on creating, implementing, and utilizing technology-driven solutions in healthcare services, administration, and strategy. Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) significantly enhances care quality, lowers medical expenses, and promotes superior health results. Within our department, Health Informatics investigations tackle cross-disciplinary research challenges through quantitative, qualitative, and combined methodological approaches. These studies frequently involve collaboration with professionals from medical corporations, healthcare facilities, and academic research centers.

Students who are unable to meet the minimum GPA standards may still be admitted to graduate study by demonstrating outstanding performance on one or more of the graduate aptitude tests or by providing letters of recommendation from evaluators who can speak to the applicant's performance as a student or in a professional capacity.
