The European Union Center oversees a multidisciplinary curriculum focused on language and regional studies, culminating in a Master of Arts degree. This program caters to four distinct student groups: participants in the 5-year BA/MA accelerated program, those integrating regional knowledge with professional education, students advancing to PhD studies in specialized fields, and individuals pursuing an independent professional graduate degree. Candidates selecting the thesis path must present and defend their research orally before a thesis committee. This committee must include at least two members, with one required to be from the EU Center's Executive Staff. Additionally, the thesis supervisor must hold Graduate Faculty status.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education. Completion of at least two years of a language of the European Union. TOEFL) score is a 550 (213 on the computer-based test or 79 on the iBT). A grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (A=4.0), or comparable GPA for an international applicant, for last two years of undergraduate study is a minimum requirement for admission.
