Students will develop skills in interdisciplinary critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving, demonstrating proficiency through clear written and verbal expression.
Students will apply core Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies concepts in their academic work. These include understanding gender as a social construct, intersectional relationships between gender, sexuality, race, class, and power structures, and their specific expressions in Pacific-Asian societies.
Students will learn to bridge academic theory with practical feminist activism by participating in civic engagement and community initiatives.
