The Graduate Certificate in Women's and Gender Studies is offered by the Women's and Gender Studies program within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Colorado Denver. This program aims to equip CU Denver students and community members with focused expertise in the historical, political, literary, and social aspects of women's and gender issues. Admission follows CU Denver's Graduate Education Policies and Procedures.
This certificate program welcomes all eligible graduate students and non-degree seeking graduate-level learners at CU Denver. Participants start with a mandatory graduate-level methodology or foundational course, then complete additional WGST-focused coursework. Graduates will gain comprehensive theoretical understanding of core women's and gender studies concepts.
