As connections among nations, communities, and cultures grow more frequent, reactions to these exchanges also expand. The Global Studies program enables students to examine these relationships and their consequences. By incorporating both past and present perspectives, the curriculum equips learners with essential skills to comprehend their contemporary environment while tracing its historical development. Those pursuing a bachelor's degree in global studies will critically analyze how worldwide transformations have occurred (and may continue to evolve) throughout their era. The program encourages students to concentrate on personally meaningful topics while developing adaptable thinking skills. This major provides rigorous preparation for applying learned concepts to drive meaningful progress on pressing international concerns that impact local and global populations alike.
