The University of Bridgeport's School of Chiropractic (UBSC) pioneered the first university-affiliated chiropractic doctoral program in the U.S. For over three decades since 1991, UBSC's experienced instructors have guided chiropractic students through practical clinical training toward rewarding careers in healthcare. Requiring just 90 credits to start working toward your DC degree, our program accelerates your path to a meaningful profession centered on patient wellbeing.
Student must have: Bachelor’s degree earned or a minimum of 90 credits completed; Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher within the best 90 credits; Minimum of 24 credits in the physical/ life sciences, with a C or better (half of which must contain labs); Recommended coursework in the following areas: Biology/Anatomy and Physiology; General Chemistry; Organic Chemistry; Physics.
You must demonstrate English language proficiency in one of the ways listed below. If you cannot demonstrate English language competency in one of these ways prior to registration, you will be given the University English Language Assessment Battery (ELAB) test upon arrival. If you pass at a satisfactory level, you may be able to begin academic classes.
