The Master of Science in Nutrition program delivers professional education for those pursuing expertise in fundamental, molecular, and practical human nutrition. Learners can develop specialized knowledge in nutritional biochemistry, physiology, immunology, and molecular biology, while those focusing on applied nutrition may explore clinical, community, or global nutrition research. The program offers both thesis and non-thesis degree options.
Our nutrition graduate program employs an interdisciplinary method, bringing together faculty specialists from various Texas A&M departments. Students benefit from advanced human nutrition studies with concentrations in fundamental, molecular, or practical nutrition.
