Transcript from Undergraduate/Graduate Institution - One (1) copy of records of all previous postsecondary institutions from which you have/will receive a Bachelor's, Master's, and/or Doctoral. Letters of Recommendation: Three (3) letters of recommendation. The TOEFL is REQUIRED of all students whose native language is not English. We do NOT accept IELTS scores (International English Language Testing System).
