The Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication and Rhetorical Studies offers an engaging academic setting for students aiming to advance their expertise in communication studies. Completion of the M.A. in Communication and Rhetorical Studies requires 33 credits post-bachelor's degree. Of these, 24 credits must be completed within the department, while up to 9 may be earned in related disciplines. Independent study courses are limited to 6 credits. Students may opt to complete a 6-credit thesis or fulfill all requirements through coursework followed by a comprehensive final examination.
