This program enables students to obtain an MPA with just one extra year of study after completing their bachelor's degree. Those who enter Syracuse with enough AP credits might finish both degrees in four years total.
Students typically apply for the MPA component of this combined program during their junior year spring semester, after declaring their major and earning at least 75 bachelor's degree credits.
Prospective applicants should consult with the MPA program's admissions director beforehand. Required application materials usually include two faculty recommendation letters (with at least one from the student's major department), a resume, a Statement of Purpose, and academic transcripts. Syracuse University students are exempt from submitting GRE and TOEFL scores.
