The Surgical Technology program equips students with essential operating room skills, covering sterile techniques and surgical equipment preparation. Graduates of this program will be fully prepared to support surgical teams during procedures. As a surgical technologist, you may serve as a scrub technician handling instruments, aid circulating nurses, or work in various operating room roles. Your education will encompass surgical theory, procedures, instrumentation, sterile practices, and equipment handling. Hands-on clinical training in hospital operating rooms provides practical experience.
