Guided by an Occupational Therapist, the OTA applies expertise in human development across physical, social, and emotional domains to implement treatment plans for clients of all ages. Individuals with diverse needs stemming from physical injuries, illnesses, aging processes, mental health conditions, or addiction may benefit from Occupational Therapy services. Collaborative goal-setting focuses on enhancing personal independence, community participation, and vocational readiness. The OTA Program equips students for careers in healthcare and community services, teaching therapeutic techniques to help clients regain essential daily living skills for maximum autonomy. This program holds accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE).
