This program offers specialized training for students with exceptional passion and skills in particular music disciplines, equips educators for college-level music roles, establishes a strong foundation for those pursuing doctoral studies, enhances qualifications for public school music instructors, and develops professional competencies in composition. Each concentration mandates either a final creative project or a thesis. The School of Music provides two bachelor's and two master's degree options (detailed below), along with two music minors: a liberal arts track designed to foster ongoing musical appreciation and growth, and an interdisciplinary World Music and Dance minor.
