The Dietary Manager (Dietetic Service Supervisor) program caters to individuals pursuing careers in food service management, particularly those with culinary and food service backgrounds looking to move into leadership roles, especially within healthcare settings. Graduates of this program meet the qualifications for Dietetic Service Supervisor (DSS) positions in California long-term care facilities and are eligible to pursue national certifications as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) through the Association of Nutrition.
