The Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies program equips you for careers across various sectors (legal, corporate, government, nonprofit, and education) while fostering engaged citizenship in our diverse society. Through intersectional feminist frameworks and LGBTQ+ scholarship, we develop the critical analysis skills needed in today's sociopolitical landscape. Our curriculum examines systems of power, identity formation, and structural inequities at local, national, and global levels. Graduates emerge with tools to champion equity and inclusion ethically while serving as responsible community leaders. Coursework incorporates analytical, introspective, artistic, and advocacy-based approaches. Students co-create vibrant learning environments where historically marginalized individuals find affirmation and collective purpose.
