The Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies equips students with rigorous architectural design techniques while providing a versatile curriculum centered on modern built environment themes. Following core coursework in design, history, and technology, students can select from diverse electives across the School of Architecture and university offerings. All majors conclude with a mandatory capstone course.
Graduates will develop a robust portfolio, gain fundamental architectural design skills, and be prepared for advanced studies or careers in design-focused professions. This four-year program includes one mandatory six-month co-op, with an optional additional four-month summer co-op. A semester abroad is also available.
Students can specialize in one of three tracks—real estate, sustainability, or history/theory/culture—or collaborate with faculty to create a personalized academic path.
