Science, Environment, Technology & Society (SETS) History B.A. with Specialization
Montana State's SETS program examines historical developments through the perspectives of scientific advancement, technological innovation, and environmental change, situated within wider cultural frameworks including intellectual traditions, social movements, ecological studies, and philosophical inquiry. Participants select a concentration area such as Scientific Philosophy, Technological Evolution, Policy Analysis, or Ecological Studies to guide their academic journey. The History department provides three distinct academic pathways: General History, Educational History, and Latin American Cultural Studies.
