The Ph.D. in Educational Leadership K-12 develops both scholarly practitioners and research-oriented leaders for complex educational environments. Graduates pursue careers in public and private institutions spanning early childhood through 12th grade and higher education, as well as in various non-school organizations across public and private sectors.
