The Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) in Classical Studies is a collaborative program between our department and the School of Education. Students can take Greek and Latin courses at every proficiency level, along with diverse classes covering archaeological and cultural subjects. The program features both beginner and advanced Medieval Latin instruction. Alternating annually, our Latin and Greek literature surveys help students prepare for Ph.D. qualifying exams in these disciplines. Concurrent language composition courses are also available.
