Our accredited Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) equips students with the necessary skills to become practicing speech-language pathologists after graduation. The SLP MA program offers comprehensive training across all aspects of speech-language pathology. Every MA student must complete four semesters of clinical practicum, with training locations spanning Indiana University clinics and various off-campus sites throughout Bloomington and nearby Indianapolis. Beyond hands-on experience diagnosing and treating communication disorders in both children and adults, the practicum incorporates weekly seminars to examine and debate key clinical topics.
