The Master of Social Work (MSW) program aims to equip students for high-level clinical social work that enhances individual and societal welfare while championing social justice. Alumni are anticipated to emerge as culturally aware, skilled professionals who embody ethical standards, utilize research-backed knowledge, and apply their abilities to serve both local and international communities. The specialized focus is on Advanced Clinical Practice. Aligned with this mission, the MSW Program's objectives include shaping students to: Embrace a professional identity grounded in social work values, principles, and ethics. Hone intervention techniques for working with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities using evidence-informed approaches. Cultivate analytical abilities rooted in scientific investigation and research-based methods. Serve diverse, marginalized, and underserved populations worldwide. Promote universal human rights alongside social, economic, and environmental equity. Specialize in clinical practice concentrating on child/family services and legal social work systems.
