Our M.S. in Nutrition and Food Science equips students for various health professions through challenging academic training. The program builds core competencies in scientific approaches, technical expertise, hands-on abilities, and analytical reasoning.
Learners can concentrate in either nutrition science or food science. Those who've finished a Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) prior to joining our graduate studies may qualify for a dietetic internship opportunity
