The Organizational Behavior and Human Resources major is one of seven concentrations available in FSU's Business Administration Ph.D. program. This specialization welcomes two to three new students each autumn, spanning four to five years of study. Features faculty specializing in organizational behavior (including leadership dynamics, stress mitigation, social psychology, and workplace politics) and HR management (covering talent acquisition, performance evaluation, workplace diversity, and labor relations).
