The M.S.Ed in School Supervision equips you with essential supervisory competencies as outlined by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE), preparing you for leadership roles at the district level. You'll cultivate both cognitive and interpersonal abilities in leadership, administration, and oversight. Our program provides three certification pathways: District-Wide Supervisory Certificate for Curriculum and Instruction, District-Wide Supervisory Certificate for Pupil Personnel Services, and Single Area Supervisory Certificates (K-12) in specialized fields including Foreign Languages, Mathematics, Music, Reading, School Guidance Services, Science, Social Studies, and Special Education.
Upon completing our Master of Science in Education in School Supervision, graduates will demonstrate the ability to: Implement Pupil Personnel Services principles within educational environments., Excel in both verbal and written communication., Comprehend individual and group behaviors to apply empathetic, respectful decision-making when collaborating with others.
