The Master of Public Health (MPH) program, specializing in urban community health, equips students with essential competencies for careers in both public and private sectors dedicated to enhancing population health in Los Angeles and similar urban settings.
This MPH concentration addresses urban community health challenges through CEPH-accredited coursework, specialized urban health classes, interdisciplinary electives, and flexible Capstone options. Certain classes may be available online. The 42-unit curriculum consists of 36 core units and 6 elective units, incorporating practical field experience.

A baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution,
A GPA in the last 60 semester (90 quarter) units of 3.0 or better
