Qualification Requirements

Applicants are required to have completed a master's degree prior to enrolling in this program. Preference will be given to PhD applicants who have work experience in schools or other educational settings.
Receive at least a 3.0 grade-point average in the cumulative undergraduate GPA from a regionally accredited university in the United States, or a comprehensive grade-point average of 3.0 from an equivalent university outside the United States.
IELTS - Overall minimum band score of 7.0 (consisting of minimum band scores of 6.0 in each module)
TOEFL (paper based test) - 580
TOEFL iBT (internet based test) - Minimum subscores of 22 (Speaking) and 21 (Listening, Reading, & Writing respectively) comprising an overall score at least 85.
Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher for last 60 hours of course work.
