This nationally recognized doctoral program in physical therapy spans 110 credit hours over three years, preparing you for professional licensure and clinical practice. Starting in June and accredited by CAPTE, it provides everything necessary to begin treating patients. The Bradley DPT program offers a comprehensive route to becoming an exceptional physical therapist. Through 36 weeks of clinical rotations, four semesters at Bradley's complimentary neuromuscular clinic, research initiatives, conference participation, and cohort-based learning, you'll graduate fully equipped with the skills and expertise to deliver quality care.

Additionally, an elective orthopedic residency option helps prepare you for the APBTS clinical specialist certification, allowing you to customize your educational path.

Qualification Requirements

Completion of a baccalaureate degree with a Health Science major from Bradley University with a C or higher in all required courses.

The following courses are highly recommended:

Kinesiology, biomechanics, or additional courses in human anatomy
Exercise physiology, pathophysiology, or additional courses in physiology
Upper-division psychology and sociology courses
Medical Terminology
In addition, an applicant should have:

Minimum 3.0 grade point average in all required courses taken.
Minimum 3.0 grade point average for all courses taken.

If applicable, a TOEFL score of 600 or higher, and an IELTS score of 7.0 or higher.
Skills in computer literacy, communication (written and verbal), medical terminology, and teaching.
