The concentration in Human Resource Management prepares you to meet the challenges of strategic and operational human resource roles.
Human resource management courses give you analytical and interpersonal skills needed to make staffing decisions for organizations. Understanding and critically thinking about labor relations, employment law, and workplace environments enable you to better navigate workplace challenges. Youll complete the degree with a professional capstone project in which you work with a local business or nonprofit.
