The Master of Music program is structured as a two-year curriculum providing advanced training for exceptionally talented students in music performance, education, theory, composition, or research. To earn this degree, candidates must fulfill 30-32 credit hours of coursework, concluding with a final project such as a creative endeavor, performance, research paper, or thesis. Admission to this program demands an audition or portfolio evaluation, and all participants must undertake an oral exit examination during their last semester.
You must have a bachelor’s degree from an institution recognized by a regional accrediting association.
You must have earned a minimum of a 2.75 GPA from the undergraduate degree-granting institution.
