The MSc in Management and Information Systems - Change and Development program prepares hybrid managers who can grasp both managerial responsibilities within organizations and the specialized aspects of information systems and technology. This program bridges the knowledge, skill, and communication divide between operational managers and IT professionals—a gap often leading to underperformance or failure in information systems, including e-government, e-commerce, and digital development initiatives. Graduates will be well-equipped to oversee the successful deployment of new information systems across diverse organizations. By completion, you'll gain: frameworks for analyzing information management, IT, and systems in organizational contexts; practical expertise for planning, implementing, and managing information systems effectively; and tools for driving organizational change and improvement.
