This adaptable program examines Christianity's history through multiple lenses—theological, philosophical, and historical—while offering opportunities to focus on specific topics ranging from early church developments to contemporary issues.
You'll gain the ability to analyze and critically assess the historical circumstances that shaped Christian thought throughout the centuries.
Our multidisciplinary approach brings together experts from various fields: historians, religious philosophers, and systematic theologians. Your studies will benefit from the School's visiting speaker series and ongoing research seminars covering Christian history, theology, and ethics.
Students can pursue this program as either a Master of Theology (MTh) or Master of Science (MSc)—the distinction lies solely in the degree title.
