Our degree program in Finnish and Serbo-Croatian provides exceptional opportunities to cultivate comprehensive, comparative, and cross-cultural perspectives in humanities studies. Students can select from an extensive array of courses covering literature, linguistic heritage, historical studies, social sciences, philosophical thought, artistic expression, cinema, and various cultural aspects related to their chosen language(s). The program develops advanced competency in speaking, writing, and comprehending your selected languages. Language courses are customized based on your prior knowledge as you advance through the curriculum. Mandatory coursework in literature and cultural studies also forms an integral part of the degree.
