You'll study across various fields (including physical geography, geology, atmospheric sciences, environmental chemistry, biology, and ecology) through classroom instruction, lab work, digital tools, and hands-on fieldwork. You'll develop crucial abilities in data analysis, GIS mapping, spatial data interpretation, along with practical methods for assessing ecological and environmental effects. This comprehensive training prepares you to tackle ecological issues and devise creative sustainability solutions in an environmental science profession.
Our faculty contributes extensive practical knowledge to the program, spanning scholarly investigation to professional advisory roles. You'll leverage our partnerships with businesses, governmental bodies, non-profits, and research communities, plus benefit from authentic case studies integrated into our application-focused curriculum. An optional work placement year is available as part of your degree program at no additional charge.
