Our planet is confronting significant environmental crises, including global warming, contamination, and loss of species diversity. The BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science with Foundation Year enables students to examine these critical problems and develop solutions to protect coming generations.
This program focuses on understanding Earth's natural systems and humanity's impact on ecological processes. Designed with hands-on learning in mind, it equips students with both theoretical foundations and practical skills for analyzing environmental relationships. Numerous chances exist to implement this learning through real-world applications. Field studies form a core component, with included trips to destinations like Greece, the Lake District, North Wales, and the North West coast as part of the program fees.
