This three-year bachelor's program equips you with the expertise to deliver excellent education and care for young children across New Zealand.

You'll develop the ability to be versatile, quick-thinking, and inventive, preparing you to collaborate not just with children but also with diverse adults in community settings. Understand the significance of wellbeing and investigate play as an effective learning strategy. Acquire the capabilities to establish nurturing, secure educational spaces for children, their families, and caregivers.

Your studies will concentrate on four key aspects—educational programs, cultural understanding, professional standards, and hands-on teaching practice.

Created to launch you into a rewarding career in early childhood education, completing this program qualifies you for provisional teacher certification with New Zealand's Teaching Council.

Finish your degree prepared with the essential skills and understanding for roles in early learning environments including preschools, childcare facilities, Pacific language immersion programs, and family daycare settings.
