The MLitt serves as an alternative to a PhD for those who already hold a master's degree and wish to pursue a significant research endeavor. This program is available across most disciplines within the Faculty of Arts, pending approval and supervisor availability. You may choose to deepen your expertise in your previous field of study or explore a completely new research area. The MLitt can be valuable for various academic or professional paths, particularly if you're not considering doctoral studies. Admission requires a BA(Hons) or PGDipArts in Employment Relations and Organisation Studies with a minimum B average, including BUSINESS 704 and 705 or their equivalents. Alternatively, applicants may hold a BA with a major in Employment Relations and Organisation Studies or equivalent qualification. A Grade Point Average of 5.0 or above in 75 points beyond Stage II, with at least 45 points in the major, is mandatory.
You need to have completed a masters degree in any discipline from a recognised university (or similar institution) with a GPE of 4.0 or higher.
