This dual-degree program combines UL's MSc in HRM with UC3M's Master in HRM, allowing students to study across two European institutions. Participants begin their studies at UL during the autumn semester, transition to Madrid's Universidad Carlos III de Madrid for spring courses, and return to UL for summer dissertation work. Upon successful completion, graduates earn both UL's MSc in HRM and UC3M's Master in HRM qualifications. This collaborative program between UL and UC3M provides students with international exposure to different HRM approaches and faculty expertise. The curriculum prepares graduates to address contemporary HR challenges including digital transformation, global workforce management, organizational change, and strategic leadership in diverse business environments. Students gain practical skills for balancing operational demands with long-term strategic HR objectives while navigating complex stakeholder relationships in multinational settings.
Applicants will possess a minimum 2:2 honours primary degree (National Qualifications Authority of Ireland) in a relevant discipline (for example business, management, commerce).
