This program provides students with comprehensive expertise in international financial services law and market practices, a vital sector of Ireland's economy. It serves as an excellent credential for legal professionals and financial services experts seeking to expand and refresh their understanding of legal frameworks and industry standards, as well as for practitioners requiring legal knowledge in their professional work. Building upon the Diploma in International Financial Services Law, this course is delivered in collaboration with the Law Society Finuas Network.

Participants engage in critical analysis of diverse aspects of international financial services law within its wider societal and political framework. This knowledge also enhances their ability to contribute meaningfully as informed citizens across various domains.

Our educational approach fosters independent and collaborative learning, helping students cultivate leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities – with particular focus on applying these skills in real-world international commercial law scenarios.

The curriculum employs dynamic teaching methods including small-group instruction, individual and group presentations, problem-based learning, and scholarly writing. A key component is a 30-credit dissertation where students explore a self-selected research topic.
