The Postgraduate Diploma in Arts in International Law provides advanced legal education, equipping students for careers in global legal settings. Participants can focus on International Law (General), International Commercial Law, or International Human Rights Law through their elective selections. Upon completion, graduates earn a globally recognized Postgraduate Diploma in law. The program ensures mastery of fundamental international law concepts, covering areas like Public International Law, International Human Rights Law, and International Commercial Law. Learners develop versatile skills applicable beyond the legal field, including in academia, media, finance, public service, and business. With its international emphasis, the program offers graduates a competitive edge in navigating today's interconnected legal environment.
Students must hold a 2.2 degree in law or a degree with a significant law component or foreign equivalent or relevant work experience, including having held a position of responsibility relevant to the LL.M. We welcome applications from those who do not have the entry requirements outlined here. Candidates with relevant prior experiential learning may also apply and be considered for admission, subject to interview and submission of satisfactory evidential documentation.
